Ciklum Joins Atlassian Experts Program
Largest Danish IT Outsourcing services provider in Eastern Europe becomes one of the 250 global Experts dedicated to promoting and handling clients’ specific needs around high-rated Atlassian development and collaboration tools.
Joining the Atlassian Experts Program marks a significant business and technology maturity level Ciklum has reached in the recent years. Affiliation with one of the world’s fastest growing enterprise software companies also emphasizes Ciklum’s constant strive for offering the most innovative and state-of-the-art team collaboration and software development tools to more than 165 clients’ own software development teams (around 1,600 people in total).
“Atlassian is very selective of companies it welcomes into their Experts community,” says Christian Aaen, VP, Ciklum Services & Consulting. “The fact that we’ve been chosen as Experts proves Ciklum’s ability to successfully develop and deploy clients’ most sophisticated software solutions as well as coach them on going Agile.”
Ciklum Project Office, the company’s internal fixed price and material classical outsourcing delivery department, has been using Atlassian products such as Jira, GreenHopper, Confluence and Crowd for three years so far and the experience with these products has always been very positive. It was therefore decided to expand the usage of Atlassian products beyond Project Office and integrate them as a default toolset into Ciklum Consulting Office which provides value-added consulting services in areas of Business consulting, Agile consulting and Devops consulting.
Being an Atlassian Expert will allow Ciklum to provide different expert services such as packaged / customized Atlassian product training, custom development, consulting, performance tuning, and others which will help Ciklum’s Technical Consultants to improve clients’ Agile development team performance and product quality, as well as collaboration and communication within a distributed software development environment.
Ciklum’s strategic goal is to start up 450 new client own nearshore Agile software and application development teams over the next five years. Having an access to all of the benefits of being an Atlassian Expert is considered to be one of the critical tactics in reaching this goal and ensuring a successful setup of clients’ nearshore teams in the years to come. Among these benefits are:
- Access to the fastest growing community of enterprise software companies
- Advanced product information
- Demonstration licenses
- Discounts for Atlassian products
- Access to Atlassian events and webinars
- Ability to set up own conferences, bootcamps, training sessions, and other events separately from the Atlassian User Group program
- Participation in a new product early-access-program (EAP), and more.
Ciklum is looking forward to boosting significantly its professional expertise via the official partnership with Atlassian and improving its overall track record with more satisfied clients and positive references. In its turn, Atlassian will see another evangelist of its products in Ciklum.
