Beta LAYOUT, the company that specialises in the manufacture of prototypes printed circuit boards (www.pcb-pool.com), has a MDI direct imaging system from Schmoll in operation. After a successful start with inner and outer layer direct imaging, the system is now ready for immediate use for solder-mask application.

Therefore, investment in direct imaging technology was strategically very important. We opted for the MDI from Schmoll. The compact construction, cost efficiency, imaging printing quality and accuracy were key selection criteria.
