The system features DOD inkjet printing capabilities allowing full color photo personalization on preprinted cards. Complete full bleed artwork printing and personalization on blank card stock is possible in one pass. For enhanced security the print can either be protected by covering the entire card face with a security laminate using the special patented Atlantic Zeiser CoolShield lamination process. Alternative a high durable varnish layer for spot-varnish or full bleed varnish can be offered. PERSOLINE combines these features with scalable chip programming (contact + contactless) of up to 120 programming heads, HiCo and LoCo magnetic encoding and binary or grayscale laser marking. Additionally special security features are available even in combination with the 4 color DOD printing module.

This versatile personalization system can handle a wide range of card formats such as CR80 cards, odd-shaped cards and hangtags. It offers fast set-up times and quick job changeover while the adjustable high-speed mag encoding (HiCo and LoCo) allows encoding of magstripes in ISO and non-ISO positions and even simultaneous encoding of two parallel magstripes. Encoding is possible top-down or bottom-up. Other features include an inline ATTACHing module for attaching carriers to the cards as well as a flipping module for one pass personalization of both card faces as required for open loop cards.
