Management change at Relius Coatings GmbH & Co. KG

(PresseBox) Oldenburg/Münster, 06.11.2008, On October 1, 2008, Martin Wulle became the new managing director of Relius Coatings GmbH & Co. KG, with headquarters in Oldenburg, and head of BASF's Architectural Coatings for Europe. Prior to this, Wulle was head of BASF Coatings Services GmbH Germany and Austria.

Wulle was born in Stuttgart in 1958. He studied business administration at the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences. After earning his degree in this area in 1986, he first worked for one of the world's leading producers of bodyshop equipment and later took a position with a big paint manufacturer.

In 1994, Wulle became the head of Germany-wide distribution for BASF's R-M^® brand automotive refinish products in Heusenstamm. Starting in 1997, he was in charge of the Asia/Pacific Automotive Refinish unit in Singapore. Two years later, he became the head of BASF Coatings Services GmbH Germany, a 100 percent subsidiary of BASF Coatings AG. In 2005, Wulle was also appointed as head of BASF Coatings Services GmbH Austria, a 100 percent subsidiary of BASF Coatings AG.
