ad notam GmbH becomes AG

(PresseBox) Hilzingen, 29.01.2010, Hilzingen, January 22nd, 2010 - ad notam GmbH of Germany, celebrated inventor, pioneer and leader in the LCD Mirror TV industry has been converted into a stock corporation and therefore operates under the name of ad notam AG from now on. The change of the corporate structure is a major step to meet the requirements of the expansion course and the fortified international orientation.

Founder and Managing Director of the previous ad notam GmbH, Mr. Oliver M. Röttcher becomes CEO of the newly established stock corporation.

Mr. Gerd Hansen fills the position of the Supervisory Board Chairman.

The registration HRB 704638 at the Company Registry Freiburg i.Br. has been published with retroactive effect from January 01st , 2009.
