New transtec PC series with Intel Ivy Bridge technology
transtec adds SENYO 700 series to its range
Up to 200% more graphics performance
The Intel technology promises a dramatic gain in performance. According to Intel, the HD 4000 graphics unit in the Ivy Bridge CPU delivers up to 200% more performance in a benchmark comparison with its predecessor model (HD 2000 GPU, Core i7 2600). The GPU also supports DX 11, OpenCL 1.1 and PCI Express 3.0 and features optimised AVX acceleration.
SSD Caching for fast data access
The new Z77 and H77 chipsets support Intel's SSD Caching feature, now known as Smart Response Technology. Frequently used data is automatically cached in the SSD, significantly accelerating data retrieval and the startup of typical business applications such as Windows Office.
