RPC's New Over-Cap Adds to the Magic for Airless Dispensers

The acclaimed Magic range of airless dispensers from injection moulding specialist RPC Bramlage-Wiko now offers even greater design opportunities with the launch of a new over-cap.
The sharp-edge over-cap from RPC has been created to further enhance the appeal of the successful Magic Star and Magic Soft ranges.
The clean, sharp lines of the over-cap provide another way in which clients can ensure their design stands out.
The new over-cap is produced from PP and can be used with both Magic Star and Magic Soft headpieces. Both of these are fully interchangeable with all the Magic Star containers, in seven sizes from 30-200ml.
As with all the Magic Star dispenser range from RPC Bramlage-Wiko, the client can customise the product via colour matching individual components or the addition of various print decorations.
Extensive decoration options, such as silkscreen, hot stamping, labelling and sleeving, ensure each pack can be individualised to meet particular brand image and marketing objectives.
Magic Star has already been chosen by many customers on account of its combination of functionality and style, combining reliable, dispensing of creams, gels and lotions for a variety of applications with visually striking design possibilities.
Designed for maximum versatility, Magic Star airless systems can handle products of many different viscosities, making it ideal for the personal care, cosmetic and pharmaceutical markets.
The RPC airless dispenser range is already being used by a number of top brands. In each case it has been personalised to specific product and branding requirements, thanks to the availability of a wide choice of options and specifications.
Brand image and consumer confidence are further reinforced by the Magic SL and Magic Star's ingenious and easy-to-use dispensing system.
The dispenser provides the optimum amount of product in one measure, avoiding inconvenience, while its unique design means it can continue to operate smoothly even if air is trapped in the container.
The Magic Star's simple modular construction, with separate body and dispensing head, not only allows each pack to be tailored to specific requirements but also provides a system which is easily filled and completed during the client's production process.
The RPC airless range also incorporates Twist Up technology, delivering convenience for consumers and enhanced marketing opportunities for personal care brands. Twist Up works by turning the upper part of the container to reveal the dispensing head.
As a result, the overall pack can mimic the appearance of a conventional over-capped dispenser to match product range branding while offering fast, convenient access to the product. In addition, it automatically closes in the 'down' position to protect the product.
