Rieke demonstrates innovation and variety
Highlights include the recently-launched directional spout innovation for the company's market-leading Flexspout range and the newly-introduced family of trigger sprays.
The latest 601 version of Rieke's Flexspout retractable directional pour spout for pails and drums adds a further degree of user-convenience. New patented technology provides a full 360° choice of flow direction to offer unrivalled flexibility in the accurate and controlled pouring of product.
Rieke's advanced anti-glug feature reduces surging by as much as 80% compared to more traditional spouts to ensure a safer, cleaner, smoother and more accurate pour. The flexibility of the Flexspout 601 also speeds up emptying time for a 20 litre pail by over 15%, while when used with a venting spout, the emptying time for lube oil is improved by more than 30%.
The all-plastic closure is suitable for any type of plastic and metal container and retains the same insertion specifications as other Flexspouts to ensure its compatibility with existing tooling and equipment. It also retains the Flexspout range's original materials and seal design, meaning that no new testing is required. The Flexspout 601 incorporates a tamper-evident feature and a printing option enables it to be personalised to individual branding requirements.
Rieke's new trigger sprays offer a choice of designs, including a mini-trigger version, to deliver reliability and functionality for household and industrial applications.
Dosing levels from 0.3 to 1.3ml are available and different spray functions including stream and foam can be specified. The trigger sprays can be adapted to fit a number of closure sizes.
Customisation options include silkscreen and offset printing, hot stamping and labelling, providing enhanced branding opportunities and increased on-shelf appeal.
