Orad Hi-Tec Systems Ltd: Details about dividend payment for 2011

Orad Hi-Tec Systems Ltd. (ISIN IL0010838071; Symbol: OHT), a world-leading provider of real-time 3D broadcast graphic, video server, and media asset management solutions for the broadcasting markets, announced that it has resolved to declare a dividend in the amount of US $0.18 per each ordinary share entitled to receive a dividend, on behalf of the profits from Q2 thru Q4 2011. The total dividend amount to be paid to all shareholders is currently expected to be approximately US$2 million. The record date is March 19, 2012, the ex-dividend date is March 20, 2012 and the payment date is expected to be March 22, 2012.
The Company shall withhold 20% at source, for all shareholders, according to Israeli tax law requirements.
