KL 213 ultra sonic work station - the new benchmark in ultra sonic welding technique
Ultra sonic components by Branson, systems engineering by Keilmann !
The heart of the new unit is the 30 kHz unit by Branson which covers a considerably larger range of material, from the light to the semi-heavy field such as technical textiles, corsetry manufacture etc. and achieves a higher output compared to the already established units.
The entire set-up of each units is based on decades of experience of KSL Keilmann Sondermaschinenbau GmbH.
Introduced at the techtextil 2009 as standard flatbed ultrasonic unit, LONG ARM-. FREE ARM-, FREE ARM in LONG ARM DESIGN, POST- and ARM DOWN designs will follow. As usual, Keilmann can realise the integration of this new unit into customer specific manufacture systems.
From the technical point of view special attention should be paid to the continuous ultrasonic welding process, combined with electromotive height adjustment of the anvil. The simple exchange of the welding tools allows multi-layer welding of the material, alternatively with simultaneous side cutting or ultrasonic cutting only.
Machine parameters are entered via integrated touch-screen monitor - or to the USB port.
As for the control technique, the entire menu management includes storage of product relevant ultrasonic welding parameters.
Reproducibility of processes is guaranteed !
Branson is one of the leading suppliers of application-oriented connecting system for synthetic material, which are operating with different techniques such as ultra sonic-, vibrations-, heating element-, infrared- and laser welding. Those techniques are proven in almost all industrials area.
With subsidiaries and general partnerships in the most important industrial countries Branson has become a globally operating business with about 1.800 employees.
