GK SOFTWARE AG Continues Its Growth Course in the First Half Year of 2012
According to provisional figures Sales grew by approx. 12% compared to the same period in the previous year / EBIT at EUR 2.99 million rose by 20% compared to the same period in 2011 / Growth forecast confirmed for 2012

GK SOFTWARE AG continued its growth path during the first half year of fiscal 2012. Compared to the same period in the previous year, sales rose according to provisional figures by 12.4% to EUR 16.24 million (HY 2011 = EUR 14.45 million). Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) rose to EUR 2.99 million, following a figure of EUR 2.49 million in the same reporting period in the previous year. As a result, the company had an EBIT margin of 18.4% related to sales during the first half year (HY 2011 = 17.2%). Earnings per share during this period were EUR 1.30.
Based on this provisional figures the Management Board believes that its forecast is justified and it is expecting noticeable growth for the complete year in 2012, while the company maintains the profitability levels achieved in the past.

The two founders Rainer Gläß (CEO) und Stephan Kronmüller (deputy board member), in conjunction with an experienced management team, have made GK SOFTWARE AG a profitable company with strong growth since 1990.
