ENTSO-E welcomes the extensive & constructive responses to the consultation on the CACM network code

ENTSO-E announces the end of the web based consultation for the Network Code on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM) which ran from 23 March 2012 until 23 May 2012. ENTSO-E welcomes the extensive feedback received from interested parties across parts of the value chain and across Europe. ENTSO-E will hold a stakeholder workshop on 3 July to inform stakeholders on how the comments received will be taken into account.
The constructive comments received as part of the web based consultation will help ENTSO-E to further develop and refine the network code, which will be submitted to ACER on or before the 30 September 2012. All comments received may be viewed on ENTSO-E's website . The comments will be reviewed by ENTSO-E and used to further improve and update the code.
We would like to invite interested parties to a workshop on 3 July in which we will provide an update on comments received and indicate how we intend to take those comments into account in the final version of the network code. Please register for the workshop via email, by indicating your full name, contact details and organization to Ms Ana Pravica (ana.pravica@entsoe.eu), no later than 26 June 2012. The workshop will take place in ENTSO-Es ground floor premises at Avenue Cortenbergh 100, Brussels 1000, Belgium from 10.30am until 4pm. See ENTSO-E's website for the latest agenda for the workshop.
