European Champion by now: BOY 35 E with impressive performance in Kielce, Poland

Even before the final of the European football championship in Poland the winner has been determined. During the PLASTPOL plastics fair in Kielce the BOY 35 E injection moulding machine showed its potential with an impressive performance.
In Hall F the four-tie bar BOY 35 E (clamping force 350 kN) that featured an energy-efficient servo drive, produced a PP membrane cage in a two-cavity mould. With a maximum injection volume of 76,5 cm³, the BOY 35 E meets all the requirements for the production of technically sophisticated precision parts.
With proven low machine hourly rates and a very favourable cost-performance ratio, the BOY 35 E has set new standards in its tonnage range. Since the introduction of the servo motor pump drive in 2008, more and more users have selected the energy efficient BOY E-Series. They benefit with each moulding cycle from the lower energy consumption. Through energy savings of up to 75 % the BOY E-Series machines can clearly reduce costs when compared to other drive technologies.
The highly precise, dynamic and extremely quiet BOY 35 E impressed the Plastpol attendees. They also liked the generous tie bar and platen dimensions as well as the compact footprint of only 1,9 m². "We are more than pleased with our performance", stated Elisabeth Wlazlo of the Polish BOY distributor Wadim Plast Sp. j. "The extremely energy-efficient servo drive took centre stage. Nearly all discussions in the booth included the subject of energy saving".
