Degi International pays out more than 150 million Euro
The 70,000 or so investors in the open-end real estate fund, which is currently in regular liquidation, are set to receive 10 percent of the net asset value of the fund, completely tax free

Aberdeen Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH has announced the payment of Euro 4.3500 for each Degi International share for the financial year 2011, which ended on 31 December 2011. The distribution will be paid on 27 April 2012
The payout will be completely tax free for both private and institutional investors. As such, the tax-free portion of the distribution amounts to 100%.
The total payment to investors will amount to Euro 156.5 million, equivalent to approximately 10% of the net asset value of Euro 1,559 million of the fund (as of 31 December 2011).
Pursuant to the resolution to wind up the fund, the next payment to investors is scheduled for six months later, in October 2012. The amount of the payment will largely depend on the sale of further properties held by Degi International. Aberdeen will provide up-to-date information on its home page at www.aberdeen-immobilien.de.
